When does the creator see my order?

Only after your payment is confirmed and held in escrow. Creators never start work on an unpaid order.

When is the creator paid?

After you approve the submitted proof (post link, screenshots, analytics). If you do not respond within the review window, the order is auto-approved.

What if the work is not what I asked for?

Request a revision with notes. If you still cannot agree, open a dispute and our team reviews the evidence from both sides.

What does it cost?

Clients pay a small service fee on top of the package price. Creators pay a commission only when an order completes. Joining is free.

Can I hire several creators for one campaign?

Yes. Campaign briefs and multi-creator tracking arrive in a later release; today you can place separate orders and track them together.

Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, Facebook, Snapchat, Twitch, Pinterest and Telegram.
