Before work starts
Orders cancelled before the creator begins are refunded in full to the original payment method.
During delivery
If the creator misses the deadline or cannot deliver, the client can cancel and receive a refund of the escrowed amount.
After approval
Approved orders are final. Problems found after approval can be raised with support.
